Admission & Withdrawal Policy

 
  • As a rule child who are 3 years 6 month old will be admitted to the L.K.G. class.
  • A child who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce official Birth-Certificate such as the Municipal or Baptism certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form.
  • A child who has attended any recognized school will not be admitted without a school Leaving Certificate from the same.
  • Documents required for admission are not returned.
  • A calendar months’ notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student or the fee will be charged. Such notice is to be given in writing by the person responsible for the pupil and not by the pupil himself. Those who leave in April must pay their fee for May and June.
  • No School Leaving Certificate is given until all sums due to school have been paid in full.
  • A pupil failing to be promoted may have to discontinue his studies in the school.

School Uniform

  • On class days or working days and at school functions the students should wear the school uniform.
  • Except on Sundays and holidays mentioned in the school calendar the student must report to school in neat and clean school uniform. The child who is not in proper uniform may be sent home.
  • Boys / Girls who come to school without proper uniform must bring a note of excuse from parents or guardians, else they will be sent home and the school disclaims any responsibility.

Summer Uniform

  • School uniform boys (Grey Paint White Shirt) Girls (Grey skirt White Shirt) from Monday to Friday.
  • Saturday uniform (House Dress)

Winter Uniform

  • School uniform boys (Grey Paint White Shirt & Blazer) Girls (Grey skirt White Shirt & Blazer) from Monday to Friday.
  • Saturday uniform (House Dress)
